Despite what the listing says about lanes, this is really just a small pull-off access point on the Jordan River — we're talking a narrow Michigan trout stream here, not a big water launch. Perfect for dropping in a canoe or kayak, but you're not backing a trailer with a powerboat down here.
Tight Parking
Two pull-over spots and that's it. If someone's already there rigging up, you're either waiting or parking on the road shoulder. On summer weekends, especially during the Jordan River canoe season, expect company.
Current Runs Quick
The Jordan River moves with a decent current through this stretch. Getting in is easy enough, but if you're paddling upstream at all, be ready to work for it. Most people use this as a put-in or take-out for a downstream float.
Young State Park Connection
